Delivery Within India

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹99 on all orders.
  • Express Shipping for urgent orders: ₹200.
  • COD orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Subject to stock availability, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday.
  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended.
  • For exchange or reship orders, reverse shipping charges of ₹99 or ₹30 per piece, whichever is higher, will apply.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

  • Submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Approval of requests may take 3–4 working days.

Important Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, barcode tags, packaging, and pouches intact.
  • Clear photo proof of the product and packaging may be requested for verification.
  • The product must be securely packed and personally handed over to the courier partner during pickup.
  • Please collect and retain the pickup acknowledgement from the courier partner for future reference.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product is damaged due to improper handling.
  • Wash care instructions have not been followed.
  • Original tags, barcodes, or packaging are missing.

Store Credit Policy

  • All approved returns and exchanges will be processed through Store Credit only.
  • Store Credit will be issued in the form of a credit code redeemable on our website.
  • Store Credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
  • Exchanges made using Store Credit cannot be exchanged again.

Discounted & Offer Products

  • Products purchased under discounts, sale offers, clearance sales, combo deals, or bundle offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • For discounted products, only replacement or Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value may be considered at the sole discretion of the company.

Reverse Pickup & Quality Check

  • Once approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days. Service availability depends on pin code coverage.
  • After the returned product reaches our warehouse, quality inspection and approval may take 4–5 working days.

Cancellation & Charges

  • For prepaid orders cancelled or returned before shipment, ₹100 transaction charges will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.
  • For exchanges, reverse shipping charges of ₹99 or ₹30 per piece, whichever is higher, will apply.

  • Requests received on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
